A hero-levelling system: your five highest-level heroes act as instructors, and heroes placed in drill slots are raised to the lowest instructor level. This lets you level many heroes for the cost of five.

- Slot count grows with Town Center level; fan guides say 20 heroes can be drilled at Town Center 30.
- Placing an already-levelled hero locks its spent XP; a free hero reset every 24 hours per hero reclaims XP.
